FACTUM FINANCIAL
PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: September 2026
Our Commitment to You
Factum Financial (“Factum,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a whole life insurance agency built on trust. Trust starts with how we handle your personal information.
We do not sell your personal information. Ever. Everything you share with us — whether it’s your contact information, your financial goals, or the details of an insurance application — is collected, used, and stored with one purpose: to help you build a stronger financial future through whole life insurance and the Infinite Banking Concept. We do not rent, trade, or sell your data to marketers, data brokers, or any other third party for money or other valuable consideration.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to www.factumfinancial.com, our related educational platforms, and any other service that links to this Policy (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you voluntarily give us when you contact us, request a consultation, register for a course or webinar, subscribe to our newsletter or podcast, or begin an insurance application, including:
- Contact information — name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
- Financial and planning information — income, savings habits, cash-value goals, and other details you share so we can advise you on whole life insurance and infinite banking strategies.
- Insurance application information — if you apply for a policy through one of our licensed agents, we (or the carrier and its medical/underwriting vendors) may collect date of birth, health history, beneficiary information, and other details required by the insurance carrier to underwrite your policy. This information is collected on behalf of, and shared only with, the licensed carrier processing your application and the vendors it requires (for example, a paramedical exam provider), consistent with Section 3 below.
- Payment information — if you purchase a course, book, or other product through our Service, payment is handled by our third-party payment processor (see Section 6). We do not store your full card number.
- Communications — anything you send us by email, chat, or contact form.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, our Service automatically collects certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit (“Usage Data”). We use cookies and similar technologies to support this — see Section 5, Cookies, below.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your questions and provide the products, courses, and services you request.
- Prepare and submit insurance applications to the carrier(s) you choose to work with, and support you through underwriting and policy servicing.
- Provide financial education about whole life insurance and the Infinite Banking Concept, including personalized illustrations and planning materials.
- Communicate with you — to confirm appointments, answer questions, and, where you have not opted out, send newsletters and educational content.
- Maintain the security, integrity, and proper functioning of our Service.
- Comply with insurance regulatory, tax, and other legal obligations.
3. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
Factum Financial does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for money or any other valuable consideration, and we never will. We share information only in the limited circumstances below, and only as needed to serve you or comply with the law:
- Insurance carriers — to submit and service an application or policy you have chosen to pursue.
- Service providers we trust — vendors who host our website, process payments, send email communications, or otherwise support our operations, each bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.
- Legal and safety reasons — if required by law, subpoena, or regulatory request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Factum Financial, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers — if Factum Financial is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to the protections of this Policy.
- With your consent — in any other case where you direct us to share your information (for example, referring you to a specific carrier or partner).
4. How We Keep Your Data Private and Secure
Because we work with sensitive financial and insurance information, safeguarding it is core to how we operate. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (e.g., TLS/SSL) across our website and client portals.
- Restricted, role-based access so only team members who need your information to serve you can access it.
- Secure storage of insurance and financial information with our licensed carrier and service-provider partners.
- Regular review of our security practices as our business and technology evolve.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our Service. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent; some parts of the Service may not function properly without them. For more detail, see our separate Cookies Policy.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with reputable third parties to operate parts of our Service, including website and funnel hosting, email delivery, and payment processing (for example, Stripe and/or PayPal for course and product purchases). These providers process information only as necessary to perform their services for us and are subject to their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
7. Insurance Privacy Notices — GLBA and Arizona Law
Because Factum Financial arranges whole life insurance, we are subject to insurance-specific privacy laws in addition to general privacy law, including the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and its implementing Regulation P, and Arizona’s Insurance Information and Privacy Protection Act (A.R.S. Title 20, Chapter 11). Under these laws:
- We limit our collection of nonpublic personal and financial information to what is reasonably necessary for the insurance and financial services we provide.
- We do not disclose your nonpublic personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
- If you apply for insurance, you have the right to be told, upon request, the nature and scope of any personal information collected about you in connection with that application, subject to the exceptions permitted by law.
- If an application is declined or a policy is not issued as applied for based in part on information from a report or investigation, you have the right to be notified and, where applicable, to request the reasons for that decision.
- Where our carrier partners issue an annual privacy notice as financial institutions under GLBA, that notice — provided directly by the carrier — governs the carrier’s handling of your policy information; this Policy governs Factum Financial’s own handling of your information as your agent.
8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
You always have the following choices regarding your information:
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to our obligation to retain certain records under insurance and financial regulations.
- California and other state residents may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request its deletion. Because we do not sell personal information, there is no sale to opt out of.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your policy records, and meet legal, regulatory, tax, and insurance recordkeeping requirements — which for insurance-related records may extend for a period of years after a policy ends, as required by applicable law.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our Service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it.
11. Links to Other Websites
Our Service may link to third-party websites, including insurance carrier sites, payment processors, and educational resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
12. Contact Us

13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy on this page and update the “Effective Date” above. Material changes will be highlighted through a notice on our website or by email where appropriate.
